I frequently act for clients in the purchase and sale of commercial property and licensed premises, and on development projects and security work.
I represent a number of major commercial clients of PLC status in connection with significant commercial property transactions.
As a Notary Public, I am also authorised by the Council of the Law Society of Scotland to authenticate the legal validity of documents, particularly relevant in terms of conveyancing transactions, in the increasing use of electronic document transfer and in verifying documents to be used in other jurisdictions.
