I assist renewable energy developers secure the property rights that underlie their projects.

I joined WJM in September 2025 and have gained experience across both the Commercial Property and Corporate departments. During my time in Commercial Property, I worked on a range of matters including commercial leases, the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, and the preparation and submission of Land and Buildings Transaction Tax returns. Whilst in the Corporate department, I assisted with mergers and acquisitions, company secretarial matters, and the provision of general commercial advice.

Recent Activity

I am particularly enjoying the opportunity to work on renewables projects and help Scotland play a role in reaching its net zero targets and improving its grid connectivity. My recent experience includes assisting with wind farm leases, option agreements, and title investigations.
