I assist clients in the full range of family law cases including divorce and financial provision, cohabitation, child law, the law of family creation and fertility law.

I offer mediation and collaborative practice. I am an experienced litigator, in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.

• Acted for intended parents in application for parental orders further to international surrogacy arrangement
• Secured adoption orders in respect of five Cambodian children
• Advised intended parents in respect of a surrogacy arrangement, securing a parental order
• Advised high net worth individual in the negotiation of financial provision on divorce in advance of sale of family business
• Prepared a pre – nuptial agreement involving assets abroad
• Acted as mediator in resolving a child relocation case
