I look after the day to day finances and administration for clients, often elderly or disabled, for whom we hold a Power of Attorney.
I help my clients manage the complex issues of personal and charitable trust administration.
Trusts, and their Trustees, have certain duties and obligations which they must perform and I help you to meet those duties and obligations by providing practical help through carrying out preparing annual accounts and carrying out general administration, including liaising with beneficiaries and trustees.
Dealing with trust administration and accounts is continuous work. However the following activities stand out as recent highlights.
Working with a charitable trust to assist in administering its first grant distribution. A large number of small grants were made to individuals.
Working with WJM’s wider Private Client team, and others, to manage the trust supporting a disabled man on his move from home into care.
