I am a Trainee Executry Paralegal within the Private Client Department of WJM based in the Inverness office.
Recent Activity
I assist the solicitors in the team with the Executry administration process.
This includes preparing initial letters, drafting the inventory of an estate, applying for Confirmation from the Court, ingathering funds and eventually settling all outstanding debts/legacies.
