I am a second-year trainee currently assisting the Conflict Resolution Group in our Glasgow Office.

I help to resolve disputes efficiently and economically for both organisations and individuals.

I assist in a range of conflict resolution matters including General Litigation, Employment Law and Insolvency matters.

Recent Activity

I have thoroughly enjoyed the first 18 months of my traineeship.

I previously assisted the Corporate Team and enjoyed advising clients on a range of corporate and commercial aspects of running their business, including regulatory and compliance matters, commercial contracts, and banking. I was involved with business sales, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and reorganisation matters.

I have also had the opportunity to assist the Private Client team assisting with Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Executry administration.
