I am a Senior Associate in the corporate team, admitted as a solicitor in both Scotland and England & Wales.

I advise businesses and individuals on a wide range of company law matters including: - private equity deals for early-stage companies and investors; mergers and acquisitions, share and asset sales; corporate structures and governance.

I am WJM's main representative for Irwin Mitchell's international team and member of the French Desk. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, refereeing rugby and playing pool.

Recent Activity

I regularly advise:

(i) investor syndicates, multi-nationals and companies on private equity deals, assisting them to inject capital into start-up and early stage businesses;

(ii) purchasers and sellers in relation to the sale of their business and assets;

(iii) high net worth individuals in establishing family investment companies as a tax-efficient method of their succession planning.
