I am a second-year trainee currently assisting the Conflict Resolution Group in our Glasgow office.

I help to resolve disputes efficiently and economically for both organisations and individuals.

I assist in a range of conflict resolution matters including General Litigation and Employment Law.

Recent Activity

I have thoroughly enjoyed the first 12 months of my traineeship.

I previously assisted the Corporate Team and enjoyed advising clients on a range of corporate and commercial aspects of running their business, including regulatory and compliance matters, and commercial contracts. I was involved with business sales, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and reorganisation matters.

I have also had the opportunity to assist the Commercial Property (Renewables) team with all property work associated with development, sale, purchase and financing of energy projects.
