I am a first-year trainee currently working in the Corporate Department in our Glasgow office.

I assist the Corporate Team with business sales, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and reorganisation matters.

I look forward to assisting clients on a range of corporate and commercial aspects of running their business, including regulatory and compliance matters, commercial contracts and banking over the next 6 months.

Recent Activity

Throughout the first six months of my first year, I assisted the Commercial Property (Renewables) team in Glasgow.

I really enjoyed assisting the team with all property work associated with development, sale, purchase and financing of energy projects.
