As a solicitor specialising in commercial real estate, I assist clients with various property transactions such as leases, assignations, purchase & sales and developments. With hands-on experience in drafting agreements, negotiating terms and providing practical advice, I aim to deliver clear, actionable solutions tailored to each of my client’s needs.

Recent Activity

Recently, I have been focusing on assisting both landlords and tenants through a variety of commercial leases as well as complex refinancing and acquisition transactions.

I have also had the opportunity to gain experience within our litigation department, where I collaborated with heritable creditors and landlords to assist in legal matter such as tenancy disputes and security enforcement.
