I am an Associate in the Agricultural & Rural Property team based in Inverness with a broad range of experience advising landowners on transactions across the rural sector, including in farming and agriculture, estates and forestry. I also have experience of residential and commercial property transactions and working with clients across the public and private sectors, including private individuals, farming partnerships, local authorities, public bodies and investment funds.
I can assist with:
- All aspects of rural property including the sale and purchase of rural land, including high-value farms, estates and forestry assets
- Advising on proposed renewable energy option and lease agreements, including wind turbines and battery energy storage systems
- Voluntary registration of titles in the Land Register
- Queries regarding complex titles and agreements related to land, including clawback agreements
