Our People

I assist clients with all aspects of Private Client matters including succession planning, executry administration and trust matters.
I advise clients on a range of matters including the preparation of Wills taking into account their particular family and tax-planning requirements, Powers of Attorney, Guardianship applications and the administration of Trusts and executry estates.
I also work with our Wills and Trusts Disputes Team on a number of trust and estate matters to help clients where the terms of a Will or trust can't be implemeted and some form of agreement or court action is required to get progress whilst taking into account the tax and other implications.
Recent Activity
I have assisted clients in the administration of executry estates including estates where there is an inheritance tax liability and reliefs may need to be claimed.
I have advised clients on succession planning matters and helped them implement their wishes which includes providing for vulnerable beneficiaries and advising on complex family relationships and assets such as family businesses.
I have recently been involved in the removal and re-appointment of trustees via the court and on trust dispute matters where complex agreements between capable parties have been required.
I am a fully qualified Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP) and an accredited Solicitor for the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly) and am currently studying towards becoming a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA).
