Based in the Highlands, I advise clients across the renewable energy sector on the property and commercial aspects of onshore wind, solar and battery storage projects throughout Scotland.

I work closely with developers, landowners and funders from site identification to energisation, helping unlock projects and manage risk in a clear, pragmatic way.

I also act on a wide range of commercial property matters in the Highlands and beyond, including buying, selling, leasing and refinancing.

With a strong understanding of both the renewables sector and the Scottish property landscape, I aim to provide advice that is practical, responsive and grounded in my clients' commercial realities.

• Advising on the acquisition, disposal and asset management of commercial properties, including industrial, office and mixed use assets.
• Acting on landlord and tenant matters, including negotiating and completing complex commercial leases.
• Supporting renewable energy projects from site identification and site assembly through to grid connection, financial close, energisation and operation.
