I assist clients with all aspects of commercial property work, including developments, purchases, sales and lease transactions.
I act for a wide range of clients including institutional investors, limited companies, co-operative societies, partnerships as well as private individuals. I deal with all types of commercial property – office, retail, leisure and industrial.
I have extensive experience acting for both landlords and tenants in all aspects of leases including the grant of new leases, the assignation or transfer of existing leases, landlord/tenant disputes, rent reviews, the termination of leases and dilapidations disputes.

Recent transactions include:-
- The redevelopment of a property in central Edinburgh (comprising retail and residential units) which included the grant of new leases of the retail units and the subsequent sub-division and sale of the property.
- The sale of an office development in central Edinburgh.
- The sale of warehouse premises in Glasgow.
- The purchase of garage premises in Glasgow.
- Acting for landowners in agreements with developers/builders re the development and sale of agricultural land.
- The lease of warehouse premises in Bellshill, Lanarkshire.
