I specialise in adoption cases and I help and guide prospective adopters through the legal process.

I have a keen interest in cases dealing with the welfare of children and child psychology.

I provide advice to clients in relation to financial provision and childcare matters following separation.

I assist kinship carers to secure Kinship Care Orders through the courts.

I attend Children’s Hearings on behalf of clients to represent their views.

I have dealt with numerous straight-forward and highly contested adoption petitions in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland.

I am also experienced in assisting Counsel with adoption petitions in the Court of Session.
