Recent Activity

The acquisition of a large office block in central Edinburgh for redevelopment into offices with penthouse flats above is perhaps my most visible recent work.

I am currently involved in multi-million pound public body grant in relation to a major sports complex development. The work is complicated with finance coming from a number of sources.

The backbone of my everyday work is commercial property purchases, sales and leases; commercial securities (i.e. commercial secured loans or public grants) and various commercial contracts for businesses, organisations and public bodies.
