This means that everyone at every level within the firm must have the drive and ability to anticipate our clients’ needs, and to act not only as technical advisers but also as client-centric advisers. If you become a Trainee at WJM we will already have recognised these attributes in you.
We focus on our Trainees’ technical and non-technical development and integration into our Vision and Values. As a Trainee you will gain a variety of experience in four six-month seats across different core areas of the firm. You will also participate in our established training programme, which includes Firm-wide training and in-depth training specific to you at your stage of learning and in accordance with the PEAT 2 Outcomes.
When looking for Trainees, we normally require a minimum of Honours LLB at 2:1 standard, but all exceptional candidates will be considered.
