Existing clients

If you are an existing WJM Debt Recovery client, sign in and then send us a direct instruction. 

New clients

If you are new to WJM, or WJM Debt Recovery, we’ll need to take some more details and call you back to confirm your identity before we can proceed further. We’re required to do this by the Law Society of Scotland and we’ve tried to make it as easy as possible for you.

We will need information from you about you and your business, and may need to obtain identity documentation before we can take any action on your behalf. After discussing your particular requirements, we will also write to you to set out what we will do for you and what it will cost. You will then be able to sign in and access the Instruction Form.
