Meet the Technology Team

Our cross-disciplinary Technology team ensures that we can provide all services you need to bring your project to life.

Technology Lawyer in Scotland Ken Long

Ken Long has many years of experience in private equity work and is described by the independent Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession as “a sensible, pragmatic lawyer who offers tailor-made advice.”

Ken always seeks to achieve a “win – win” solution between the private equity investor and the business seeking investment. His practical streak means he strives to find solutions to all those niggly issues which arise in transactions and which can, if mismanaged, become deal breakers rather than deal makers.

His philosophy is to advise clients so they have a clear understanding of the path to completing the transaction and what should and should not be conceded. Ken is head of WJM’s Corporate team.

Scotland Corporate tax lawyer Susan Hoyle
