I am a Senior Associate within our Commercial Property team based in Glasgow.

I act for a wide range of clients and help businesses and individuals to buy, sell, lease and develop all types of land and buildings throughout Scotland as well as in England and Wales.

I act for residential developers and have particular expertise in the conveyancing aspects of site assembly/ development issues.

I also handle commercial leasing transactions, acting for both landlords and tenants. I assist my landlord and tenant clients in the management of their lease interests, and have experience in all types of lease management transactions. I have detailed knowledge of the hospitality and licensed trade sector, and often act for investment Landlords of well-established Glasgow pubs.

I regularly deliver training at WJM events to a range of audiences including clients, agents and other solicitors.

The work I do includes:-
• purchases and sales of all different types of commercial property;
• secured lending transactions;
• commercial leasing transactions, acting for both landlords and tenants; and
• assisting my landlord and tenant clients in the management of their leasehold interests.
