Zero-Hours Contracts in the Licensed Trade - A Perspective

The debate over Zero-Hours Contracts continues to intensify - to ban or not to ban? The Business Secretary’s recent comments, suggesting that employees should be offered the right to demand fixed-term contracts, gave succour to those wanting a ban, but it may not be as simple as all that.
