WJM Re-accredited as Trainee CPD Provider

The Law Society of Scotland yesterday approved WJM's application to be re-accredited as an authorised provider of internal Trainee Continuous Professional Development.
Partner Colin Millar, Senior Associate John Grant, and Associates Annie Pearson and Stuart Gibb, have all been designated by the firm as TCPD Champions for each of our four core service groups. They have helped co-ordinate training facilitators within each group to allow us to deliver over 30 hours of TCPD to our Trainees between now and September.
Our TCPD Champions are key to ensuring we have robust training delivery and feedback, to improve the experience for our Trainees year on year and to meet The Law Society's professional standards.
WJM's Director of HR, Gaye Simpson, said "I am pleased that our licence has been renewed for a further two years and that we are able to deliver an in-house training experience to our Trainees, helping to build their understanding of our client base and enhancing their impact on the service we deliver to clients at an earlier stage in their careers."
