Fraser Morrison promoted to Associate
WJM’s Corporate team has been strengthened by the well-deserved promotion of Fraser Morrison to the position of Associate.
Fraser, who is based in Glasgow, trained with the firm.
Announcing the appointment, Graham Bell, who heads WJM’s Corporate team, said, “We were very pleased to have been able to promote Fraser. In the last few years, he has worked closely with our angel investor and venture capital clients, helping them to successfully implement their investment strategies. He has worked on a number of significant transactions, across sectors as diverse as Agricultural & Rural and life sciences, and is developing his own client base. It was therefore an easy decision for us to offer Fraser this well-deserved promotion.”
WJM’s Chief Executive Liam Entwistle added “Our Corporate service is central to delivery of our vision, supporting our important sector strategies from Energy through Agricultural & and Rural to Technology. The Corporate team’s Client Centric strategy, which focuses closely on the sectors in which we work, is bearing real fruit and we are seeing growth in transaction numbers and value. I’m delighted that Fraser will be in the right position to help continue that trend. Our people are already highly regarded in the Corporate field, and recognising Fraser’s expertise further strengthens and deepens our offering in the market.”
“I am also delighted that Fraser came here as a trainee, qualified with us and has now been promoted to Associate. That shows the real results which come from the firm’s organic growth strategy.”
