Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie and Bmk Wilson Have Merged

Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie has further expanded its services in Scotland by merging with BMK Wilson with effect from 29th May 2017.

 

The merged practice will continue to be known as Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie LLP in Glasgow, and Bartys, a branch of Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie in Dunblane. This arrangement sees the ongoing implementation of WJM’s plan to strengthen and grow the key areas of Private Client, Commercial Property, Corporate and Dispute Resolution.  
 
The announcement comes just over a year since WJM formalised their merger with MacArthur & Co in Inverness, and a brace of senior appointments from McClure Naismith in August 2015.
