I am a Solicitor in the firm’s Corporate team in Edinburgh, primarily focusing on corporate finance and commercial contracts.

I regularly assist the team in advising on angel investment into early-stage companies, as well as providing advice on commercial, regulatory and compliance requirements and the drafting and negotiating of contracts.

Recent Activity

I recently completed six months in the Commercial Property department where I assisted in a wide range of conveyancing transactions.

These included assisting in aspects of lease management, including negotiations and drafting, and the sale and purchase of commercial properties.
