Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie LLP’s Highland Presence Continues to Grow in 2019
25th January 2019
Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie LLP is delighted to announce the arrival of new Partner John Smart to their growing team in Inverness. John was previously a partner in another major commercial law firm, and he has worked in the commercial property sector for 21 years.
John brings with him a wide range of experience in commercial property work, both in the urban and rural economies. This experience includes development work involving business parks and industrial estates, commercial leasing and renewable energy projects. He also has expertise in marine farms and legal issues involving ports and harbours. He will be working closely with Senior Associate Paul Adams to consolidate and grow WJM’s Inverness Commercial Property offering.
Commenting, WJM Inverness Partner Angus Macleod said "We're really pleased to welcome John Smart who has joined WJM as a Partner. Another new face in our Highland office, although John of course is not a new face on the Highland legal scene! His appointment will further strengthen our commercial property team."
