WJM Solicitors Race Across the Moray Coast as Nairn Half Marathon Sponsorship Hits the Ground Running

Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie LLP (WJM) is celebrating the success of its first year sponsoring the Nairn Half Marathon.

The event, which took place on Saturday 16 August, is a stunning 13.1-mile race along the Moray coastline enjoyed by hundreds of runners.

Among them this year were WJM racers Zoe Hayward, Alan Munro, Rosina Dolan, Christina MacDonald and Laura Irvine, the majority of which were taking part for the first time after the firm took up the sponsorship of the race.

Partners in the Inverness office, Angus MacLeod and Hannah Prentice, presented the winners with their prizes as WJM toasted the success of its first year sponsoring the Nairn Half Marathon.

Hannah said: “Our staff enjoyed a wonderful day running along the stunning coastline surrounding Nairn as we kicked off our sponsorship of the half marathon in earnest.

“We also enjoyed cheering them over the line as we got to engage with the local community and increase our already excellent presence across the Highlands.”

Angus added: “Giving back to our communities and providing assistance to help these local events thrive is an important part of our ethos and we look forward to next year’s race.”
