WJM Celebrates Decade of Linlithgow 10k Sponsorship
Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie LLP will once again sponsor the Linlithgow 10k – and members of the team have also signed up to take part.
The latest race marks a decade of WJM sponsoring the event.
Six members of staff from the firm, which has offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness, Dunblane and Dunfermline, will join 1,000 runners, taking to the streets of the West Lothian town on Sunday 24 September.
Staff members’ children are also set to get involved, with six signing up for the junior fun run which also takes place on the day.
In addition, other members of the WJM team will join the squad of 100 volunteers who will assist along the route later this month.
Alison Marshall, Partner at WJM, is on the committee at Linlithgow Athletic Club, which organises the event.
She said: “It’s a wonderful community event, bringing together participants from all over Scotland, and we are very proud to have been sponsoring it for ten years.
“It’s great to support a community event that encourages wellbeing for all the family. We’re very much looking forward to a successful day.”
The event is striving to be more sustainable this year and the WJM goodies given away at the end of the race will be wildflower bombs.
