The Game’s Up: Supreme Court ends Administrators’ appeal

In a long-awaited decision, the Supreme Court opted on 31 October 2014 not to allow the Administrators of Game Group to appeal against an earlier decision which required them to pay rent for the period during which they occupied Game's former stores.
