WJM’s Head of Conflict Resolution, Steven Docherty, has prepared a Briefing Note on the passage of the Courts Reform (Scotland) Bill by the Scottish Parliament on 7 October 2014. In it, he covers what the reforms are, what they mean, and how they might impact on how court cases are conducted in Scotland.
