In a wide ranging issue of Business and Life we discuss changes to employment law that allow employers to hold “Protected Conversations” with their employees and the newly introduced fee system for bringing a case before the Employment Tribunal.

In personal law, we look at what happens if you make a gift an item in your will and you no longer have that item when you die. Our Agricultural, Rural & Sporting Property team have been out and about during the summer and we also report on a promotion in the team.
