We have extensive experience in helping clients achieve their planning aims

Our work often starts with initial, strategic pre-application advice.  We then work with and support our clients through their development’s planning process and, if necessary, represent them in any Appeal and/or Judicial Review.

We also get involved in enforcement issues, carrying our legal reviews of environmental impact assessments to ensure legal compliance, as well as negotiating planning agreements and conditions.

The Planning Team at WJM not only have a thorough understanding of planning issues but also possess excellent advocacy and negotiation skills - essential when presenting a case at Inquiry, hearing session (in appeal or at a Committee meeting) or negotiating with a Local Authority.
