Recent Activity

My recent activity has been very varied and covers:

Advising an Edinburgh based angel investment group in 6 investments, including two days of ‘Dragon’s Den’ style presentations to the group by those seeking investment;

Advising in the Scottish part of a £500M refinancing of a UK wide manufacturing company;

Advising Catalysystems on 4 funding rounds;

Advising a wind farm developer in a £15M financial close. This close generated the resources to build the wind farm.

Advising investors in "small" wind in a joint venture to fund 7 sites through the planning process;

Advised Scotrenewables Tidal Power in 5 investment funding rounds aggregating £10m investment.
