I recently moved back to Scotland from Perth, Western Australia where I gained most of my legal experience.
I have worked on some interesting cases.
- Property damgage: I was part of the legal team that acted for a major international insurer where we recovered in excess of $15 million re: a fire that destroyed a luxury resort.
- Professional Indemnity: I was part of the legal team that acted as counsel for various employees and former employees of the City of Perth and the private and public hearings in the inquiry into the City of Perth and the former CEO.
