WJM Strengthens Inverness Team With New Appointments

WJM is further expanding its legal team in the North of Scotland with two new Associate appointments.

Paul Adams, formerly a Senior Associate at Stronachs, is joining WJM’s commercial property team. Paul also previously worked as a solicitor for the Highland Council, dealing with property and planning matters throughout the Highlands. Paul is recommended by the Legal 500 for his commercial property work and brings with him a wealth of property and planning experience.

WJM is also pleased to welcome JP Campbell in the role of Private Client Associate. JP has developed strong commercial experience initially as a corporate insolvency specialist with HBJ Gately in Edinburgh and thereafter starting and selling his own food business. He also co-founded One Feeds Two, a social enterprise firm which partners with leading food brands to deliver successful cause marketing campaigns. Combining this with several years as a private client solicitor with Murchison Law in Inverness, JP is uniquely qualified to advise business families on succession objectives and estate & IHT planning, as well as providing general private client advice.

Commenting WJM Partner Angus MacLeod  said: “In the last 12 months we have substantially grown our commercial and private client businesses and these appointments reflect our ambitions to bring increased choice and breadth of legal technical expertise for our clients, delivered by people with local knowledge who live and work in the Highlands.Paul and JP are great additions to our team here in the Highlands, and their appointments will enable us to further grow our business in the year ahead.”
