About the event
This seminar will look at current issues for GP partnerships including developments in partnership agreement drafting and dealing with conflicts among partners in light of recent trends for general practice.
Colin Millar will look at recent trends in partnership agreement drafting for GP practices including the increased use of ‘green socks’ clauses and provisions for partnership stability.
Liam Entwistle will consider the various ways in which conflict between partners can arise, and can be resolved, while keeping any impact on the future of the practice to a minimum.
