I help clients with all aspects of purchasing and selling residential properties.

As well as purchasing and selling clients’ homes, I deal with buy to let transactions, transfers of title, equity release and creating and discharging securities.

I also work closely with colleagues in the private client department and family law department, with sales or transfers of title following the winding up of an executry or a divorce or separation.
