The Life Cycle of a Property: Part One

We are delighted to invite you to join us in our Edinburgh office for the first in a series of three free seminars designed to highlight the key considerations when dealing in commercial property from the perspective of landlords and tenants and owners and occupiers.

Our Commercial Property team, joined by experts from our planning and litigation teams, will guide you through the pitfalls and steps that can be taken to protect the property and your client.

This event is aimed at junior property professionals and is designed to cover every stage of the life of a commercial property, from concept and gathering together the best due diligence through to acquisition and lease management ending with recovery of possession and issues arising at the end of occupation.
