How we’re different

We established our HR service for existing clients whose needs grew from needing advice from an employment lawyer to needing help with the practical implementation of that advice. We have worked with a variety of businesses, including small business owners and businesses that have grown quickly raising an urgent need for the integration of terms and conditions, processes and employees.

We aim to provide a pragmatic, “hands on”, solution based service that is cost-effective for your business. It is holistic in approach but is also focused on what you need, rather than prescribing an “out of the box” product.
