Tom Quail, who leads the team, is an accredited specialist in Family Law. He is also an accredited Family Law Mediator and is a Solicitor Advocate.

In addition, Tom practices Collaborative Family Law to interdisciplinary standard and is a member of the Institute of Accredited Collaborative Practitioners.

With this level of expertise, you know you’ll be in safe hands at a very emotional time for you and your family.

With our acknowledged specialism in family businesses and the business families that run them, we have a particular insight on the effects family break up can have on a business. The Family Law team work in partnership with the Family Business team to mitigate collateral damage from a relationship breakdown. Damage which might threaten the viability and survival of a business.
