We have created a team to deliver our construction services, which crosses our property and dispute resolution specialisms to deliver a targeted, effective and complete service to our clients in the construction sector.

Our services cover the following main areas:

  • Advising on contracts, appointment agreements, collateral warranties etc
  • Advising on the “patchwork” of construction contracts and documents in projects both large and small
  • Representing your interests in any dispute which arises, whether during the contract or after the works are done. This includes:-
    • Adjudications
    • Arbitrations
    • Mediation
    • Court action

By combining our specialisms into a single, cross-disciplinary team, we can address whatever issues our clients have in the construction sector head on. Our clients appreciate that they can call on any member of the team throughout any given project and our single-team approach also allows us to introduce seamless handover between the members of the team.
