When you see a legal fight on the horizon whether it involves you personally or your business your best advice is to “lawyer up”. However, most lawyers approach these kinds of problems by focusing on the court as the only way to end the argument if people cannot agree.
In our group, we focus on solving arguments in the most appropriate way for our clients’ needs and the problem that they have. Taking these things into account, we will look at your problem and approach it in the best way for you. It is important that the solution we identify is cost effective and sensible. It is also important that the costs to you are not disproportionate to the value of the claim you are facing. So, if we can identify a way of solving the problem without dragging the issue through the courts that what we will try to do. Negotiation and mediation are as effective in many cases as litigation and we will not jump straight to litigation if there is a better way of approaching the problem.
