I have experience in all aspects of commercial property work, with particular emphasis on commercial leasing for both landlords & tenants, and also on property acquisitions & sales, especially in the retail and leisure sectors.
I also specialise in non-contentious construction work advising developers, contractors, funders and other members of the professional team in relation to all types of construction documentation including development agreements, building contracts, appointments, collateral warranties and novation agreements.
