I am a second year trainee in the Commercial Property and Renewable Energy teams in Glasgow.
core skills
My role in the Commercial Property team involves assisting clients in relation to acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, and the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases. I also assist the firm’s Construction and Telecoms teams.
In the Renewable Energy team, I assist the team in advising landowners and developers on a range of renewable energy opportunities, as well as in the negotiation and drafting of option agreements and leases in respect of onshore wind farms.

As well as socialising with friends regularly, I fancy myself as a bit of a film buff and am always adding to my DVD collection. My other passion is food, and am slowly - but surely - teaching myself how to cook (much to my flatmates’ delight) I also love to travel – however, have yet to make it outside Europe since I have an irrational fear of flying!
