career highlights
Acting, in the Fatal Accident Inquiry and in claims against the Ministry of Defence, for the family of the Captain of the Chinook helicopter which crashed on the Mull of Kintyre in 1994.
Acting for the Head Teacher of Dunblane Primary School at the Cullen Inquiry following the 1996 shootings.
More recently, advising employees of 15 Scottish Local Authorities in relation to equal pay claims.
