I work in the Agricultural and Rural Property group within the firm’s Commercial Property Team. I also provide specialist advice to our Renewable Energy Team.

My core skills cover dealing with all aspects of rural property including:
- Buying and selling farms, estates, forestry and country houses
- Advising on agricultural leases
- Advising on the impact of recent legislation such as the “right to buy” and “right to roam” legislation
- Advising renewable energy developers on hydro schemes
- Advising our renewable energy clients as part of the Renewables team on agricultural, crofting and rural matters
