I have a wide range of generalist human resource and training experience gained from working in professional practise and from commercial organisations in various sectors including multi-outlet retailers, manufacturing and telecoms.
career highlights
Working on the start up of manufacturing sites based in China, Guadalajara, and Budapest. I travelled and met people from different cultures with the challenge of influencing them to come and work for a UK based company and to work to the standards and expectations of our culture. I learned a lot about people and how to motivate them.
