I deal with all property aspects of renewable energy work including:
- The leasing and development of on and off-shore wind farms
- The leasing and development of wave and tidal projects
- The leasing and development of hydro projects
- Dealing with all the property aspects during the purchase/sale and refinancing of renewables projects
- Setting up, development and completion of community renewable energy projects
- Advising landowners in respect of approaches from energy developers
Beyond this, I have a great deal of experience in all aspects of property law.

My two great passions are football and music. I still manage to play ‘fives’ at least once a week, albeit with ever decreasing effectiveness, and I go along to support (not) my local team. I love listening to music (vinyl collection intact and all) and going to concerts. If there is anything I like more it is to talk about these subjects, perhaps over a beer.
