Andy McFarlane appointed as Head of Energy
Team expands substantially
After an internal reorganisation, Andy McFarlane has been appointed as WJM’s Head of Energy.
He is taking over a substantially expanded team from David Bone who is leaving the firm.
Partners’ Fraser Gillies, Ken Long and Donna Kelly-Gilmore are joined in the team by Alistair Anderson and Ewan Hall. The number of lawyers in the team has also been increased.
This expansion allows the team to provide exceptional specialist advice across the full range of legal areas required by the renewables industry. The WJM team is a genuine “one stop shop” able to provide an up to the minute, fully integrated commercial renewables service that covers all clients’ needs whether property, planning, agricultural & crofting, corporate or construction.
Chief Executive, Ken McCracken, commented “Andy has been a key member of the team for some time and his appointment consolidates the sterling work he has done in generating and sustaining the team’s delivery to clients. Clients appreciate his straightforward manner and strong renewables skills.”
