Elsewhere on our website* you’ll find information about WJM’s Values & Vision and the Practice Areas (Our Services) in which we work. WJM’s Practice Areas are arranged in Core Service Groups(CSGs). The CSGs are organised on the simple assumption that if we give talented and ambitious lawyers the opportunity to do the type of work they want, then they’ll do it well.
The CSGs are very focused on their markets, which is reflected in their individual business plans. These business plans give everyone scope to develop their expertise in their chosen area of practice, supported by training organised within each CSG.

We have a three-track training programme.
- Technical training in each CSG.
- Knowledge about all WJM services in order to ensure optimum client service is in line with our values.
- Management training to develop everyone’s understanding of our business and their personal skills such as communication, creativity and networking.
