At WJM we pride ourselves in identifying our clients needs and adapting to their expectations. Our aim as a Firm is to become the market leader in our specialist fields. In order to do this we have to recruit the right people from the start. As a result of this we put a great deal of emphasis on our Trainee recruitment and the training.

As WJM is expanding organically to meet client needs, this year we are increasing the number of trainees we have in the firm from eight to ten. Naturally, most trainees hope to be kept on after their traineeship. Whilst we can make no guarantees, given the time and training we devote to our Trainees we hope to keep on as many as we can.

When recruiting Trainees we are looking for those people with the right qualities to have a fulfilling and successful career at WJM. Some of the attributes we are looking for from all our people are: ambition; energy and enthusiasm; adaptability; confidence to communicate at all levels; and commercial awareness.
